Recent Acquisition of Air Chem Systems, Inc. by Chemposite Inc.

Air Chem Systems, Inc. announces the recent acquisition by Chemposite Inc., and the future plans for this corporation.  Chemposite Inc. has been serving the industries by providing quality corrosion resistant FRP and plastics equipment through the manufacturing plants in Canada and China since 1982.  New developments such as improve in sales & services, expanded technology know-how, and increased manufacturing capacity for both companies will be enhanced.

Subsequent to the restructuring of the company, our name, Air Chem Systems, Inc. will continue to identify our quality proven products and services over the past 30 years. 

In combination of Chemposite’s strength in manufacturing of FRP and plastics equipment, we can now provide our clients a full-integrated service and system with the most competitive cost anywhere in the world.
